How does the return process work?

Return Conditions
The product must be shipped in its original packaging and undamaged.
All promotional items, gifts, or accessories included with the product must be complete.
It is important to use an outer protective box to prevent products from being damaged during transport.
Return requests for products damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be accepted.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. If your return request is deemed eligible, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund
After the returned product is inspected, a refund will be processed according to your payment method. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank. For payments made via bank transfer, the refund will be transferred to the recipient's bank account.
