SALES AGREEMENT (DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT)

This agreement has been drawn up to determine the distance sales provisions between the buyer and the seller for purchases made via the website www.slimmerurunler.com. All users who become members of the site are deemed to have read and approved this agreement.

Article 1 – Subject The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the relevant Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service sold by the Seller to the Buyer.

Article 3 – Buyer Information All real and legal persons who shop by becoming a member of the www.slimmerurunler.com website are the Buyer, who is a party to this agreement.

Article 4 – Contract Subject Product and Service Information The type, quantity, model, color, number, sales price, and payment method of the product or service subject to the contract are as specified in the information on the www.slimmerurunler.com site. The Seller reserves the right to update product information.

Article 5 – General Provisions 5.1 – The Buyer declares that they have read and informed themselves regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product subject to the contract and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment. 5.2 – The product shall be sent to the Buyer's delivery address, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days. 5.3 – If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered to does not accept the delivery. 5.4 – The Seller is obliged to deliver the product subject to the contract complete, undamaged, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents, if any. 5.5 – For the delivery of the product, this agreement must be confirmed electronically and the price must be fully paid. 5.6 – In the event that the credit card belonging to the Buyer is used unfairly or unlawfully by unauthorized persons without the Buyer's fault, the product must be returned to the Seller within 3 business days. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the Buyer. 5.7 – If the product cannot be delivered due to force majeure (natural disaster, transportation obstruction, etc.), the Buyer shall be notified of the situation. The Buyer may cancel the order, request a similar product, or request the postponement of the delivery period. 5.8 – For defective/broken products, the Buyer may send the product to the Seller within 30 days. In this case, shipping costs belong to the Seller. 5.9 – This agreement enters into force upon the electronic approval of the Buyer.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product subject to the contract without assigning any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the Seller via e-mail or the contact form within this period. The product must be unused, its packaging unopened, and in a resalable condition.

For products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be sent together with the product invoice and the cargo delivery report.

  • Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer.

  • When the return conditions are met, the product price will be refunded within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Disposable products

  • Products with an approaching or passed expiration date

  • Opened cosmetic products

  • Hygienic products with opened packaging

Article 7 – Competent Court In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller are authorized up to the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.

This agreement enters into force upon being approved electronically.
